Lotte Arai Resort
Time to block your calendars. The TIME Conference series expands to Japan in 2027 with TIME27 Myoko, set in the Japanese Alps and renowned for some of the highest snowfall in the world, often exceeding 10 metres each winter.
Designed for emergency, critical care, acute medicine and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, the programme will follow the TIME26 format and run alongside TIME27 Val Thorens. Expect high-yield clinical education across trauma, resuscitation, sepsis, airway and procedural practice, alongside sessions on AI, digital health, leadership and healthcare innovation.
Beyond the programme, Myoko offers deep immersion in Japanese culture, from onsen bathing and local cuisine to a quieter, less commercial mountain experience.
